For the traditional Afghani touch you can’t go past the ZamZamah Restaurant.
ZamZamah Restaurant is owned by Afghans and has been serving fine Afghani cuisine for the past 12 years along with a unique range of other dishes, suited to discerning food lovers.
The Dandenong restaurant offers a huge selection (40 varieties) including Afghani style traditional rice and sheesh kebab dishes along with their signature dish ‘Maantu’ – traditional Afghani dumplings – all of premium quality made from fresh produce.
Afghanistan’s highest mountain, ZamZamah adorns the entrance and sets the theme. The traditional touch is sustained with Afghani art effects and paintings in the dining room. Diners can eat in the traditional style – sitting on Persian carpets and mats in a traditional room – or more conventionally at dining tables in either the main seating area or the private function room.
